“Takuan Meee - Inspired by takuan, or pickled radish, this is another common side dish found
with many meals. My husband, despite insisting he’s going to peruse the munu, ALWAYS orders jjampong, a spicy seafood noodle soup. It is usually served with a side of takuan to contrast the spice of the soup and act as a bit of a palate cleanser. The vibrant pickled yellow next to the spicy red soup has such a vibe, and as a certified yellow polish lover, this was the perfect addition to round out (square out?) the quad.” -Mediocremanis
This polish is a bright yellow jelly that has a green glow in the dark.
