This top coat contains Toluene and has a stronger smell than non-toluene top coats! This formula bonds to wet or tacky nail polish for a strong, durable finish. Apply 1 coat to polish and in less than 4 minutes the nails are dry to the touch. In my experience testing, the nail polish under the dried top coat is completely cured in about 2 hours.
