All Bases Covered is a fast-drying nail polish base coat that applies easily to the nail, levels imperfections, creates excellent adhesion for colors, and helps prevent the color from staining the nail bed. All Bases Covered dramatically extends the life of most nail polishes.

To extend the life of your base and top coats clean the rim and threads with a lightly dampened acetone cotton pad. This will ensure your polish is securely closed tightly and will not thicken up on you quickly.
